⭐☆☆☆☆ EPIC FAILURE – Unsafe and Unprofessional
We booked Alliance Transportation for a family trip from Keller to Love Field, specifically requesting a car seat for our 18-month-old grandson. We made the reservation well in advance and made it crystal clear that we needed safe transportation for a toddler.
The driver showed up with no car seat and was completely unaware of the request. No apology, no solution, just confusion. We were left scrambling and had no choice but to take an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe ride to the airport with a toddler in tow.
This wasn’t a last-minute ride—we scheduled ahead to ensure everything went smoothly for our family. We trusted the great reviews, but sadly, this was a complete letdown. For a company that promotes itself as reliable and family-friendly, this was anything but.
Do not trust them if safety and preparation matter to you. One star is generous for what was a stressful, disappointing, and potentially dangerous experience.

Great drivers. Always on time and professional, and their rates are on par with uber without the random smells, plus I prefer supporting small business. Got in last night from Cancun. Original flight was scheduled to land just before 6PM. Due to weather we were diverted to San Antonio. When we landed in SA there was a text waiting stating that Malik, our driver, saw we were diverted. He stayed in contact with us through all of the schedule changes. Long story short he was waiting at 1:45AM when we landed finally at DFW. Service was professional, sedan was like new.
